We’re Excited About the New Prenatal Belly Dance/Yoga Class

Starting Sunday, February 2nd, Bella Diva World Dance will be offering a comprehensive Prenatal Belly Dance / Yoga class from 3-4 PM focused on preparing moms-to-be physically, emotionally, and mentally for the beautiful and challenging process of childbirth and then motherhood.

This class will help increase strength, endurance, flexibility, relaxation, breath, and body awareness while reducing fatigue. Prenatal Yoga and Belly Dance also help reduce low back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy, such as tight hips, swollen feet, weak pelvic floor muscles, and anxiety.

Students will learn safe Prenatal Yoga poses to support pregnancy, as well as basic belly dance movements known to help prepare the mind and body for labor. Besides, It will create a fun and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the experience of being pregnant with other moms.
Join the class at any prenatal stage of motherhood and gain confidence, body positivity, community, and a unique connection to your changing body and growing baby!

About Ali

Ali recently completed her Bella Diva Belly Dance Teacher Training with Caitlin Brozna-Smith, founder and director of Bella Diva World Dance. In addition to being passionate about dance, Ali is a certified Birth Doula with DONA International, serving families in the Denver-Metro area since 2016. Ali is also a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor through the Mamahood Denver. Ali is excited about bringing women and communities together, precisely through movement and dance.

On Sunday, January 26, we will be offering a special $10 promo pop-up class from 3 pm to 4 pm to show you what it will be all about! Students will then have the opportunity to sign up for the 4-week February series. Pricing: $52.00 for 4 classes.
