What is Bella Bro World Dance?

Sundays 10:30 – 11:30 am

The BELLA BRO WORLD DANCE CLASS , taught by teaching associate Kyle Kastner, is designed to provide men and male-identifying individuals with a high cardio work-out, strength conditioning and training, and education on world cultures and the regions the dances originate from.

This choreography-based class will not only get your heart-rate up, it will provide you with the freedom and safety to experience your body in creative and challenging ways.

Quarterly rotations will offer a different World Dance styling in order to provide a truly diverse and unique experience to all participants.

Dance styles will include:
Bollywood, Bhangra, Samba do Malandro, & GROOV3 Hip Hop.
