Bem-vinda to the exciting world of Samba! In this introductory course students spend time learning the basics of samba no pé, in the "passista" style from Rio de Janeiro. Students will also spend time developing timing, footwork, body movements, arm styling, improv, & musicality, all while honoring the roots of Brazilian dance and its culture.

Recommended for dancers with at least 1 year of consistent and formal training.
