Caribe Soul is a heart-centered dance experience blending open, ecstatic movement with structured choreography inspired by Afro-Caribbean rhythms, Bachata, and Brazilian Zouk.

This is more than a dance class – it’s an embodied gathering rooted in rhythm, connection, and presence.

We begin with free-form movement to awaken your body and release self-judgment, then move into soulful choreography that celebrates flow, awakens the hips, offers grounding, and expressive musicality.

Movement then becomes meditation – a way to connect inward while dancing in supportive community.

We close with gentle self and group reflections, creating space for integration and shared experience.
